About the Company
Taharima Habib Consulting is a WOC-owned practice that offers the structures that maximise our clients' projects' impact on their audience and community. We meet our clients where they are and walk towards change together.
How we create change:
**Embracing the Uncomfortable**
- The uncomfortable and challenging tasks of introspection, identification of blind spots, and dismantling of internalised biases are essential to the work towards genuine allyship and systems change.
**Asking: Who’s Missing?**
- Be aware of who’s voice is not in the room where decisions are being made is the only the first step towards meaningful DEI practices. The next step is working to change the room to include the missing people.
**Honestly Showing Up**
- We are here for individuals and leaders who actively want to expand their toolkit to better support their staff and teammates. Our services are built for clients who want to put in the work to see the results.
**Asking: If Not Me, Who?**
- Let’s flip the script here. As a leader, if it isn’t your voice that’s the loudest in the room championing a cause, whose can it be? How can you delegate your work and spotlight in a way that uplifts those you lead?
Our services are developed with a lot of care and practice. We make sure that every iteration of a workshop, a design, a plan comes with ample room for learning that will improve future iterations. In short, it’s always getting better!
Our goal is to make sure that you are getting the most out of your experience with us, which means that these services are matched to your needs and personal objectives during an initial free 30-minute consultation. Discover the many ways for you and your team to learn about, build and sustain inclusive systems in a personal and professional setting.
